I bought the Dargo ones instead of SY - Clay and Macy. In terms of matching original Lego Nexo Knights, Dargo wins this round.
ReplyDeleteSY is not using any new elements introduced in Nexo Knights at all. And that's not excusable for SY. But I bet SY will come up with better Nexo Knights copy later.
I think Dargo wins Big round. Maybe next time SY will name it NEXA knights, when they make the new molds to match the ori.

Macy's mace is suppose to have a new element ... small 1x1 pyramid brick. I will buy more Macy for that element.

Those two elements are there in Dargo set.

DeleteI ended up buying all Dargo Nexo Knights because my son digs them. I tried to talk him out of it so we can wait for SY to make better and accurate clones. But he won't have it. He did say he won't buy SY ones when it comes. I hope his Nexo Knight obsession phases out by then.
ReplyDeleteIt's okay. Somehow the street peddler I frequent has the Dargo set. Since my kids is playing with the SY Nexo (those gliders and all), I got myself the 6 boxes set from Dargo. Initial decision is to buy just a few of them, but I dig those shields!
